Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When will the customer receive the package?
After the order is authorized and the payment is completed, we will start preparing your order immediately. If everything is correct, we will ship the products within 3-5 business day. And you will receive what you ordered in 5-15 business days from the date that it is placed. By the way, any change or cancellation of the order is allowed before we ship the product (The customer could turn to his/her account to check the order status). Please contact us at sale@pellebant.com. Otherwise, it’s difficult for us to change or cancel your order once the products have been shipped.
What carrier(s) do we ship with?
FedEx and UPS are our main carriers, and sometimes USPS is used. We have to say that signature is usually not required, so please provide a relatively safe address. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. Notice that the address of P.O. Box is not available. Please provide the specific address to us, the first time we could ship the products.
Special shipping circumstances shared with customers
Shipping time is estimated from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. It may take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
